MG Group of Companies started its commercial activities in Tuzla, Istanbul in 2012 with a wide range of products in order to meet all rigid foil needs of its customers. In 2015, Launching its Asia office in Kurtköy, Istanbul, MG Ambalaj acquired Solo Plastik which manufactures Polystyrene and Polypropylene Sheets and has become MG Group of Companies and gained a producer identity.

With the new investments made in Solo Plastik in 2017, MG Ambalaj started PET folio production and continued to expand its product range with the motto of offering all products under one roof. In order to meet the expectations of the foreign market, MG Ambalaj joined Denizpack to the group in 2018 and became one of the most important players in the market. Today, in more than 20 countries including Europe, America, Africa, Middle East and Balkans; It serves more than 400 customers in food, cosmetics, stationery, automotive, white goods, construction, medical and many other sectors.
